Every episode is one real sourcing run.
A listener asks what to sell and where to get it. We answer it on air — and the answer is sourced live on Accio Work, so the episode ends with a supplier brief the listener can run the same afternoon. Two pilots are recorded, and the request line is open.

Not ads inside a show. The show is the run.
A sourcing show has one job: turn “I want to sell something” into “here are three suppliers, this is the unit price at five hundred, this is the ship date.” That is exactly the shape of an Accio Work task, so the episode and the demo are the same artifact — and because it is genuinely useful, people listen to it as a show rather than sit through it as a pitch.
The desk reports the bad news too. Both pilots say out loud that the real profit on a $14.99 ornament is three or four dollars, not the twelve the gross margin implies. A sourcing show that only reports upside loses North American sellers in three minutes.
The listeners decide what gets made next.
Traditional radio cannot do this — a produced episode takes a week. Sourcing an episode takes an afternoon, so the marginal cost of “whatever you asked for” falls to roughly zero. It also solves conversion before it starts: whoever requested the episode has already raised their hand.
That's the episode. And here's how the next one gets made: whatever the most-requested question is by Sunday, that's what we build on Monday. Ava — Pilot 01
The link is a filled-in task, never a homepage.
A blank input box is where AI products go to die. The listener has just spent five minutes hearing exactly which questions to ask a supplier — so the show notes hand them that task already written, with today's episode in it, one field away from being their own.
And the same page has the sourcing brief from today's episode, already filled in — five hundred units, custom engraving, September ship date. Open it, change ornaments to whatever you're actually selling, and it runs for your product instead of ours. Andrew — Pilot 01

Where Accio Work sits — and why that makes it a loop, not a channel.
The station now has both sides of a market on it. Listeners put dated, quantified demand on a public board. Factories answer that same board in the open, with a name attached. Accio Work sits between them and answers first — and the episode reads both answers side by side.
A verified seller, a category, a quantity, a deadline. Not a lead list — a task.
- 02 Accio Work runs itAccio Work 跑一遍 Market check, supplier search, product shape — the agent's answer, on the record.
- 03 Factories answer the same question工厂回答同一个问题 Unit price at an MOQ, sample cost, lead time, port — the human answer, signed.
- 04 The episode publishes the comparison节目把对照播出去 Agreement makes the number credible. Disagreement is the most interesting eight minutes of the week.
- 05 The seller runs it themselves卖家自己再跑一遍 Each episode ends with a filled-in brief they paste back into Accio Work — an activated user carrying a real task.

- □Every number in the pilots is illustrative. The scripts say so on air, because they have not come from a real sourcing run yet.
One episode, sourced for real, this week.
The pilots prove the format works. The request line proves listeners can commission it. The first real run is what proves the product does.
